What this article covers
This article explains how refill reviews, check-ins, and monitoring generally work at RxPros. It does not give you specific pricing or promise a specific approval timeline. For your specific situation, message your clinician through the portal.
Important
This article is general education, not medical advice for you specifically. It does not replace the guidance of your RxPros clinician. If any information here seems to conflict with what your clinician has told you, follow your clinician's guidance and message them through the portal.
Refills, monitoring, and follow-up are clinical decisions made by your clinician on a case-by-case basis. Approvals are not automatic. Timing, pricing, and shipping estimates are general — your account and messages contain the specifics for your treatment plan.
The short answer
Refills are reviewed by your clinician at each check-in, not shipped automatically, and the review looks at how you're doing before your next supply is approved.
Is my refill automatic once I sign up?
No. Refills are reviewed by your clinician at each check-in. Your clinician looks at how you're tolerating treatment, your progress, and whether anything has changed in your health picture before approving your next supply.
How do check-ins generally work?
Check-ins are scheduled points where you share how treatment is going. This may happen through a portal questionnaire, a messaging exchange, or a scheduled visit, depending on your plan. Your account shows your specific check-in schedule and what's due.
What happens if I miss a check-in?
If a check-in is missed, your refill review may be delayed until it's completed. Message your clinician or support through the portal as soon as you know you'll miss one, so your care team can help you get back on schedule.
What kind of monitoring might my clinician request?
Depending on your individual plan, your clinician may ask for information such as your current weight, blood pressure, or specific lab tests. This helps your clinician track your response and safety over time. The exact monitoring requested depends on your health history and how your treatment is going.
Are there additional charges tied to refills or monitoring?
Refill reviews, monitoring, or lab work may carry additional charges depending on your specific plan. Your account shows the current charges tied to your plan, and any changes are disclosed there before you are billed. Message support if a charge is unclear.

- You have new symptoms that should be addressed before your next scheduled review → message your clinician now rather than waiting.
